It is characterized from the Ministry of Culture as a scheduled building and it is built in 1900.

It allocates 6 rooms, 2 suites (of two rooms), Iasmi and Ortensia with jaccuzzi, a triple room, Gazia, with jaccuzzi and balcony, 3 double rooms, Ntalia with jaccuzzi, Agriokrinos and Mikon (poppy) with fireplace.

There are also shared spaces such as the three rooms of the ground floor (fireplace – bar – satellite TV – music – Buffet).
